Supplement myths and facts
After doing extensive research on supplements I found out that there are a few supplements that work and a lot of supplements that are over-rated. There are hundreds of supplements that claim to have amazing results. I tested just about everyone of them out and decided that I would stick with the very basic supplements. Although there are many supplements that produce nice results, I decided I would spend $60 a month and get the ones that would give me the best results. I used all of the following supplements:
Meal replacement powders
Essential fatty acids (EFA's)
A good multivitamin
There are many other supplements that I have gotten results with, but I recommend starting with these.
